PANAMA

On September 17th - 25th, I had the priviledge of going to Panama with my husband.  I had a great time!  We were able to be in 4 different churches and a 5th church that held a teen rally plus we were able to visit an orphanage.  We were very busy on this trip but it was a tremendous blessing!  A lot of our missionary wifes are not able to travel to the states and be with us in our church like their husbands do so it is extra special when I can go to where they live and meet them.  We were able to see 4 of our missionaries.  :)  Also while we were there we were able to do a little sight seeing.

We started off by attending church with our missionary, Pastor Arnulfo Olivo.
While there my husband preached a conference on Monday and Tuesday.

The Panama Canal
This was really amazing to see!

The second church we were at was with our missionary, Pastor Roberto Maldonado.  My husband preached another conference Wednesday through Friday.

They gave us a very sweet and warm welcome with a beautiful sign and a beautiful arrangement of flowers.

They attended the conference and just recently started a church in Panama.

We took our missionary kids to McDonalds.  :)
It's amazing how you can find a McDonalds Restaurant anywhere!  LOL!

We visited a pottery shop.  It was very interesting to see the process.

My husband preached for our missionary, Pastor Rafael Rodriguez on Sunday which was the third church we were in.  He taught Sunday School and preached back to back services on Sunday morning.  I got to teach the teen girls during the Sunday School hour.

For the Sunday evening service, church number four, my husband preached for Missionary Byron Willis.

The orphanage we visited is a ministry of Missionary Byron Willis' church.
What a blessing it was to see this ministry.

My new little friends!
It was very hard to leave them!

There is always time for coffee!  :)

Meeting the owner of Coffee Ruiz de Panama.
It is a family owned business since the late 1800's.
They have great coffee!  :)
