Patriotic Service

In our church tonight we had a patriotic service.  We dressed in red, white and blue, had patriotic music, and a great sermon preached by one of our missionaries Bro. Bob Bowen, missionary to Thailand!  He preached on being thankful and giving back to God and being willing to give our lives to serve him.  We had one young man, Javier Zepeda surrender to the mission field.
Afterwards we had a grilled burgers and hotdogs with chips and soda.  Our missionary circles sold desserts to raise money toward our missions fund.  As we ate outside we could see fireworks.  Who says you have to miss church to celebrate the 4th to have a cookout and see fireworks.  We did that and then some.  We had a great time in church and realized that we are very thankful for all God has done for us!
